We hit the cardio, the core plus a whole lot more in this energizing 45 minute class! Similar to a Bootcamp class, but you can expect to do more cardio exercises than strength. Think Burpees. Sprints. And whole bunch of more fun that will leave you sweaty and feeling fabulous. A great way to end a busy day!
